rhinestone hats are made to order and custom made. once shipping label is created for hats please allow for 2-14 business days for order fulfillments and additional 2-6 business days for shipping. because hats are hand custom they take longer to ship out. Custom orders are non refundable. 

regular orders: 4-10 business days
